[Springframework-developer] Any particular reason versions of mockobjects and easymock are so old?

I noticed spring is still using mockmaker 0.7 as opposed to the current 
0.9, which has the really nice Dynamock functionality...

Also, there is a much newer easymock implementation, 1.0RC.

I presume this is know, and there's maybe an issue with the time 
required to convert existing code?
