Well it is confusing - maybe we should update Isabelle's Tutorial and call it
User Guide or something.  It deserves to be brought up to date.  Any volunteers?

As for Part 3 - there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed.  I did go
through the whole process using WebLogic 8.1 and it does work now.
