[Springframework-developer] Test Coverage

Hi Guys,

With the additional test cases I've added, some dead code I've removed, and
moving immature/untested code to the new sandbox, our test coverage is now
70.4% and rising.

AFAIK this compares pretty well with most open source and commercial
projects. When we go 1.0 we should encourage Clover to display our coverage
results on their web site.

However, I don't think even 70% is high enough... It would be great if we
can hit at least 75% for 1.0!
