[Springframework-developer] Countries

Hi everybody,

The Countries demo has now its PDF and Excel views.
The database implementation is in progress.

The repository is updated and the demo is visible at
http://tech.jppawlak.info/spring/samples/countries 

Rod,
I changed the AbstractPdfView to pass the writer on the concrete View.
It is mandatory for advanced use of iText (handling events).
