[Springframework-developer] PagedList becomes Countries

Hi everybody,

As the aim of the pagedList demo has changed to demonstrate advanced web
features of Spring, its name has changed to Countries.
A first version has been put in the repository and is visible at
http://tech.jppawlak.info/spring/samples/countries  .

TODO:
- JDBC implementation
- German language
- PDF and Excel views
- Error pages
- Documentation

I hope finish for 0.9.1, after that, I expect it will be put on the
springframework site like the petclinic as it will be as well a
tutorial, simply focused on web layer.
