[Springframework-developer] New Features/Modified Features/Documented Features

With all the features that Spring currently has, and with the new
features coming down the pike, I'm concerned that it will be difficult
to keep the documentation up-to-date.  

I'm proposing that whenever someone adds a feature, changes a feature,
or just plain old explains a feature (be it upon check in or to a user
asking a question), that in the subject line they put something like
"new feature", "modified feature", or "documented feature".  The purpose
being two-fold:
1) To make it easier for the documentor(s) to comb through the archived
mailing list when they get around to documenting that feature.  
2) To have a quick way for everyone to look for feature documentation
until the overall documentation has been updated.

What does everyone think?
