I will reintroduce the 'path' property in the (locale and theme) =
cookieResolvers with "/" as default this evening.
When a cookie is set, it is only visible in its URL path and below. By =
default, the path is set to the current path of the view setting the =
cookie. But it can be overriden by a path property. The current =
implementation doesn't set the cookies for the whole application if the =
view setting it is not at the top level.
