This is a shared server, so I don't have complete control over the environment.
 It's also a bit slow - I am currently having some bandwith issues with this
server.  Transfering files via FTP is sometimes frustratingly slow and I get
disconnected frequently.  HTTP traffic is better, so once I get the code up and
running it should be OK, but it is not the best enviroment to debug in.  I'll
try to get this resolved by tomorrow.
