[Springframework-developer] paged list updated

Minor enhancements were made. The second page follows now the theme and
has a back button.

The session-id issue was only on my development PC, they are fixed for
links out of the form, but not for the form itself (JSTL <c:url> adds a
jsessionid prefixed with a semicolon???). On the server, it works.
