There is six of us sharing this server - but we do have full control over it.
We have Tomcat and MySQL running currently.  I'll try to convince Jeff, our 
sysadmin, to add a host entry for www.springframework.org and to set up a 
manager account.  I guess we also would need a DataSource for a test database 
set up.
