Hi everyone,

I'll do as much work as I can on the tutorial over the weekend. Hopefully, I can get the equivalent of chapter 12 done, maybe even some of chapter 13. I guess the JNDI and EJB stuff will have to wait until the next release.
As always, I'll notify the list and post the new version on my website.
