I would prefer that livetests ran on HSQL than MySQL if possible.

Ideally I would prefer that we could do this with mock objects (no
livetests), but I know there were time constraints for Isabelle, who is
taking a lot of work on.

I might possibly have time to look at modifying the JdbcTemplate test suite
to use mock objects to test the new insertion functionality this weekend.

Now the javadoc is in order. It was mainly a matter of cutting/pasting
via a simple editor (notepad) to ensure that no character set nor
special characters were used.

Can you explain the best way to run the livetests, please?
