[Springframework-developer] javadoc and livetests

Hello Isabelle,

Now the javadoc is in order. It was mainly a matter of cutting/pasting
via a simple editor (notepad) to ensure that no character set nor
special characters were used.

Can you explain the best way to run the livetests, please?
