Why do you say this? I don't see that it's very hard to get a demo 
running on JBoss. Once you have a war or ear file, all you have to do is 
start JBoss and drop it in the deploy directory. That's about as simple 
as it gets.

You also have the option of using the JBoss-Tomcat version and only 
using the additional features as you require them.
