[Springframework-developer] location of sql-error-codes.xml

Would anyone mind if we moved sql-error-codes.xml to =
src/com/interface21/jdbc/core? The root of the src tree is not a good =
location for it. Of course, the build script can still copy it from =
there to the root of any classes directory.
