[Springframework-developer] Creating UserType that handles binary data

Hi Everyone,

   I am using Spring MVC Framework and hibernate in my application. Now the
problem is when i am handling uploading of binary data to the
database(oracle) i need to write the mapping file and specify the type of
the property that handles the blob column. I heard that we can create a
userType that implements UserType interface, to handle that. can anyone send
me the code or guide me how to create the userType that handles blob data in
oracle.
