[Springframework-developer] What can Spring bring to a web app based on Struts ?

Hi,
I am new to Spring, I have not yet had the time to learn Spring, and i
would like to know if someone can tell me what Spring could bring to a
web app developed with Struts 1.3.9, and in particular to refactoring.

In fact we have several web apps that have been written by duplication
of the first web app. Our goal is of course to reduce it to a single web
app, to reduce the costs of maintenance.
