I don't believe there were any changes in the AspectJ LTW support
between M3 and M4. If you reread Juergen's announcement, you'll notice
that the part about AspectJ LTW was mentioned in the general section
covering all milestones for 2.1 and therefore not specifically mentioned
as new for M4.
