[Springframework-developer] No backport-util-concurrent dependency in spring-core M2 pom.xml

Hi

org.springframework.core.CollecitonFactory class from spring-core module
uses edu.emory.mathcs.backport.java.util.concurrent.ConcurrentHashMap,
but there is no dependency in pom.xml. It should be added.
