We have a heap space problem on the test machine, apparently caused by the
log level having been set to DEBUG in the "test/log4j.properties" file in
the repo. I've changed the default log level back to WARN for the time
being, so the build should hopefully recover tonight.

I've also increased the heap size of the forked test VMs to 256m, so the
automatic build would probably work at DEBUG level as well now. I do not
consider this necessary at the build server, though, and not on everybody's
local CVS snapshot (or downloaded -with-dependencies distribution) either. I
perform local tests at DEBUG level before every release anyway, which should
be sufficient.
