At this point there is no plan to do this. Right now we don't actually build Spring with maven, so creation of the snapshots each night isn't really feasible. I know that there is some desire for this and we already actually do this for some of the subprojects (spring-ws and spring-osgi) so if maven becomes more integrated into Spring, we may do it. I'd recommend opening a ticket at the JIRA http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/spring/secure/Dashboard.jspa and we'll work it if it becomes appropriate.
