I've attached a configuration.xml to MOD-291.

When I run "ant doc" from springmodules/docs, the generated single HTML
doesn't have the same content as
https://springmodules.dev.java.net/docs/reference/0.7/html_single/<https://springmodules.dev.java.net/docs/reference/0.7>

For example,
chapter2 "Ant integration" is not included in my locale-generated doc
chapter 4 : "commons-support" does not exist
etc...
