Right now the builds (the ant builds) do not create individual jars for for sources and javadocs. It does create sources and javadocs for the main jar. Contributions from the community of these artifacts are nice, but it's not really a scalable way to populate the maven repo. We're looking into strategies for create those elements as part of the build in the future, but at this point we don't have them.
