[Springframework-developer] Spring Framework 2.0 final released

Dear Spring community,

I'm pleased to announce that, after 5 milestone releases and 4 release
candidates over the course of 9 months, Spring 2.0 has gone final today.

Spring wouldn't be where it is today without your contributions.

FYI, we plan to do a 1.2.9 maintenance release in mid October. Furthermore,
Spring 2.0.x maintenance releases are scheduled in a rhythm of 4 to 6 weeks.
