[Springframework-developer] Soliciting feedback for a couple of new features

I submitted 2 new feature requests into Jira of some spring
customizations I created for a project I'm working on.  Rather than
working off of the custom extensions I would like to possibly merge
them into spring.  Before I start the work on patches though I was
wondering if I could get an idea of the chance these 2 features would
be accepted.  Let me know what you think:
