At spring-richclient we're trying to determine some conventions for our project and we 'd like to keep them in sync with spring as much as possible. I couldn't find anything on spring's conventions, but we 'll be documenting ours at http://spring-rich-c.sourceforge.net/development/conventions.html First convention to tackle is java coding conventions. Which coding conventions is spring using and are there Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA configuration files available for it? We 'd like to put those files in our site. An alternative are those of Maven 2: http://maven.apache.org/guides/development/guide-m2-development.html (bottom of page) But those are not in sync with "Sun's java coding conventions" and spring's. The spring-richclient team still has to vote, but IMHO we 'll most likely follow our big brother Spring. -- With kind regards, Geoffrey De Smet |
