I wasn't much really - instantiation aware BPP doesn't work for  
factory-methods so I just moved that piece of functionality  to a  
different part of the logic. I did a general walk through the code  
seeing where we could simplify things at the same time. Hopefully, I  
will be able to add this to the main tree very soon.
