Hey Steven,

I don't know what sort of crack your CVS client is smoking, but the 
stuff is there. Both the lib dir (with one jar in it) and the 
spring-context-1.2.4.jar got checked in on the 27th of August, according 
to the logs. I do know that the lib dir in question only got checked in 
a half day or so after the build file that depended on it did, but it's 
been in there 10 days or so now already...
