[Springframework-developer] Ivy and spring-binding

I'm moving my build to Ivy and have a dependency on spring-binding, which 
doesn't seem to be included in the main Spring distribution.  Can 
spring-binding be found in any public repository (can't seem to find it on 
ibiblio), or do I need to keep a copy in a local ivy repository?
