[Springframework-developer] Changes to JIRA - custom fields

All,

I've added a custom field to our JIRA instance in order to have every  
bug report include a virtual machine vendor and version. I'll also be  
including a platform field later on which will include all  
application servers and recent versions. If anything is missing,  
please let me know.
