[Springframework-developer] JIRA URLs - Please Not Change

Spring Framework Developers:
   Greetings.  Please read if you have bookmarks and/or automated  
tools access Spring Framework's JIRA instance.

   Recently, Contegix upgraded the JIRA instance from 2.6.1 to 3.3.   
Due to the addition of plugins in the 3.x branch, certain URLs have  
changed.  The most noticeable is the roadmap.  Please see the  
differences below:

JIRA 2.6.x
