Just to give everyone a quick update - Colin and I spoke last night. We believe this issue is related to Apache and are working to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Contegix is committed to ensuring the site maintains 100% uptime. Oh, and yes, we do sponsor the springframework.org side of the server for free.
