   Sorry to jump on this thread, but I own the hosting company where  
the springframework websites are hosted.  We run one of the industry  
leading networks with only tier-1 providers and an intelligent  
routing solution.  We guarantee 100% network uptime for all  
customers, including Spring, and have maintained this since we moved  
into the new facility approximately 29 months ago.   Of every  
customer we have, yours is the only known complaint at this time.

   In the rare instances where someone has reported an issue, it  
typically is with their system or configuration.  I would like to  
help discover what is exactly happening and am asking for your  
assistance.  I would like to isolate what is the exact issue.

   What specifically is happening?  Are you able to ping the server?   
Are you running a software firewall?  Are the forums slow?  Can you  
send me a traceroute?  Is contegix.com slow?
