[Springframework-developer] Preparing for 1.2.4

All,

I will be starting the finishing steps for polishing the 1.2.4 release 
tomorrow so if there are any pressing issues please let me know. Please 
refrain from committing any code for new features - only bug fixes!

Target date for the release is Saturday.
