[Springframework-developer] Rules code missing?

I just did a checkout of spring, and the Rules code has vanished 
(org.springframework.rules.Rules, for example).  The deleted code exists in 
the attic with the comment "prepping for modularization".  Where might I find 
this code now?  Or did I just time this wrong and it has yet to appear back 
in cvs somewhere?
