[Springframework-developer] JIRA css

Is it just me or are other people having problems with the style sheets and 
images on our JIRA instance?
The style sheet doesn't seem to load the first time around, but does load 
when I refresh the page. The image 
http://repository.atlassian.com/spring_jira_logo.gif just seems to be 
missing...

I'm using XP Pro with IE.
