I know you asked Seth specifically, but I can not say enough good
things about IDEA. If you are doing EJB or Web stuff, there's nothing
better that I've been able to find. I keep trying Eclipse every so
often, but it just feels "clunky" compared to IDEA.

IDEA just gets out of my way when I need it to, but makes things I
want to use in easy reach. I would highly recommend learning a lot of
the shortcuts. They even have a dialog you can bring up that shows all
of the productivity shortcuts, what they do, how many times you've
used them, and the average time between uses. It's kinda neat.

Setting up a project got a little more complicated with the 4.x series
since they introduced modules, but once you get the hang of it, it's
quite easy.

Ok, I've done enough of a "Rah, Rah, IDEA is Great!". Give it a try,
it's worth every penny.
