Could be it is IE cause ... I don't know, I have used 7-zip to compress 
it. I was
able to download it with 'wget' in a Linux system and it unzips ok.

I was able to download it download it with Firefox in a Windows XP Pro 
and it unzips ok too.

Only with IE I have problems to unzip it in that Windows XP.
