[Springframework-developer] Latest nightly build seems to be missing the annotations stuff

The jar files contained in
spring-framework-1.2-dev-build.230-20050324.zip seem to be missing the
new annotations classes.

A build from CVS using `build.bat alljars` seems to include them...

Just thought I would mention it...
