[Springframework-developer] missing XMLC lib?

I can't compile at the moment due to (I assume) a missing XMLC lib.
AbstractXmlcView has been added to the main source tree.  Has anyone
added this to CVS recently?

Obviously I'd check myself but SF CVS is as unavailable as ever at the
moment :(
