The failed build email is dated Feb 27 - it probably got held up due to
its size.

There have however been several other test failures from the compile
farm machines recently - don't know if they are genuine or if the
failing tests have been fixed recently.  I just cleared all the failed
build flags on the compile farm so any further failures will trigger new
emails to the dev list again.
