[Springframework-developer] functors in sandbox

Hi,

There are a number of empty directories in the sandbox related to functors:

springframework/spring/sandbox/src/org/springframework/rules/functions
springframework/spring/sandbox/src/org/springframework/rules/predicates
springframework/spring/sandbox/src/org/springframework/rules/predicates/beans
springframework/spring/sandbox/src/org/springframework/functor/predicates
springframework/spring/sandbox/src/org/springframework/functor/functions

Are there currently any functor related classes checked in the sandbox? 

I would like to Spring-ify and number of functor classes in
commons-collections like AndPredicate, AnyPredicate, AllPredicate,
.... .

Could these be added to the sandbox?
