[Springframework-developer] Clover Update

Hi all,

I got a new license for clover and have added it to the lib/clover 
directory. I've updated the Maven build to use it and will look at 
updating the jar and the ant build tomorrow.

The guys at Cenqua were very helpful and I got a response right away. 
They've requested that we change the clover link on the Spring website 
from "thecortex.net/clover" to "cenqua.com/clover". Could someone with 
access possible do this?

They also said that the Spring developers can use the license with any 
of the IDE plugins.
