RE: [Springframework-developer] 1.1.4 and IBIBLIO

I've done the first uploads to Ibiblio, but haven't done the last three
releases or so.

They require some kind of bundle, which you can upload / link to from
their JIRA instance (at codehaus'). I wouldn't know how to generate such
bundle. I don't know who did it the last time.
