[Springframework-developer] Hibernate 2.1.8 and ehcache provider issue and fix

Here's a thread from the Hibernate forums about how to handle the 
ehcache config issue that some people are going to have when switching 
to the new Hibernate 2.1.8.

Basically, the name of the ehcache provider for hibernate changed a 
while ago, but a lot of people didn't pick up on this. Use
  "net.sf.hibernate.cache.EhCacheProvider" as it's in the reference doc
not the old
  "net.sf.ehcache.hibernate.Provider"
