[Springframework-developer] Re-registering dependencies in sub-factories

If you're interested in the semantics of BeanFactory hierarchies, please
have a look at the following JIRA issue:

I'm unclear about the exact semantics of such a BeanFactory variant, and
about whether it's desirable to provide such a variant out-of-the-box.
