[Springframework-developer] Release 1.1.4 ready

Everybody,

Release 1.1.4 is ready, but I can't upload it to SourceForge, because their
FTP server ran out of disk space... I'll try to do the upload (from here in
Denmark) as soon as SourceForge solves that problem. In the meantime, please
give a current nightly snapshot a try, which essentially is what's gonna be
released as 1.1.4 any day now.
