Hmm,

I don't think I agree with this.  A project.xml file indeed sometimes
requires a copy of another one (especially the dependencies - which I hop=
e
they are working on to make it less verbose), but at a much higher level.=

For example, for a simple war operation, you don't need to write a whole
ant script.

But then again, I always love sarcasm.
