YES!!! I have generated a graph of a pretty large application with a lot
of custom code. Ideally I'd like to configure a couple of layers and
patterns like you're saying. This is basically the only major
improvement I can think of at the moment.

What's the deal with the JavaDoc linking of custom code, is it currently
supported (I couldn't find it).
