Nice to hear about this. Is there any sort of specialized 
PlatformTransactionManager variant (akin to HibernateTransactionManager) 
needed?

Given that Cayenne is pretty decent from what I know, and is 
open-source, I've got nothing against including this code directly in 
Spring...
